Our Clinical Development team is looking for a full-time Tender Coordinator to join our international team. In this commercially crucial and multidisciplinary role, you will grow to be responsible for the technical clinical content of the tender bids we submit for our key European markets. You will work closely with the product experts within the Clinical Development Team to create and write technical reports and maintain all tender-related clinical documentation.

With your growing knowledge of our products, and those of our competitors, you will ensure the technical content of our bids is accurate and of high quality. Within this role, you will also support the maintenance of the tender bid and appeal process, conduct tender analysis and support administrative tasks within the Clinical Development Operations team.

This position is based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort. Within Applied Medical the internal job title is Associate Clinical Development Operations Coordinator. 
  
Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Understand the applicable tender and public procurement procedures within European countries 
  • Support in the preparation and creation of technical clinical documentation for tender bids 
  • Maintain product-related documentation to be used in tender bids, including technical reports and data sheets 
  • Support the maintenance of tender related processes across the Clinical Development team 
  • Assist in analyzing tender requirements and post-awarding results 
  • Develop product and clinical expertise applicable to the role 

Wat heb je nodig

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • At least 2 years of experience within a similar type of role
  • Experience working in an international and multidisciplinary environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of another European Language, preferably Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
