As our Employer Branding Manager, you will focus on creating our local strategy to foster talent attraction in the surroundings of our European Headquarters in Amersfoort. Together with our excellent Talent Acquisition team, you will take initiative to further develop our Employer Value Proposition in an optimal way, including all the values and high standards of our company.
You will be part of the European Talent Acquisition team that plays a critical role in all phases of the recruitment process, for our entities in Europe. Our team is dedicated to exceeding all our internal customers’ needs and providing them with excellent support and advice.
This position is based at our European Headquarters in Amersfoort (NL) and reports to the Manager Talent Acquisition Europe. You’ll join a culture fueled by collaboration, innovation, and openness, driven by our mission to make a positive, meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a winning employer branding strategy
- Bring our company culture to life through creative storytelling
- Buit internal relationships with Department Leads and use their input for local winning initiatives
- Manage Recruitment Marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with HR & Marketing to attract and retain top talent
- Organize events, partnerships with local schools and universities
- Create initiatives to enhance our employer brand
- Support the Talent Acquisition team from time to time throughout the complete recruitment process
Wat heb je nodig
- Bachelor’s degree or similar
- Relevant experience within Recruitment and Employer Branding
- Proficient with social media recruitment platforms
- Excellent English and Dutch, both written and spoken, is required
- Excellent experience with complex processes
- Work experience in an international environment is preferred
